Availability of Parts Clause Samples

The "Availability of Parts" clause ensures that replacement or spare parts for a product or equipment will be accessible for a specified period after purchase or installation. Typically, this clause requires the supplier or manufacturer to maintain an inventory of essential components, or to provide information on where such parts can be obtained, often for several years following the sale. Its core practical function is to guarantee ongoing maintenance and repairability, thereby protecting the buyer from premature obsolescence and ensuring the continued usability of the product.
