Common use of Availability of Personnel Clause in Contracts

Availability of Personnel. The Subadviser, at its expense, will make available to the Trustees and the Manager at reasonable times its portfolio managers and other appropriate personnel in order to review investment policies of the Portfolios and to consult with the Trustees and the Manager regarding the investment affairs of the Portfolios, including economic, statistical and investment matters relevant to the Subadviser’s duties hereunder, and will provide periodic reports to the Manager relating to the portfolio strategies it employs.

Availability of Personnel. The Subadviser, Subadvisor at its expense, expense will make available to the Trustees Directors and the Manager Advisor at reasonable times its portfolio managers and other appropriate personnel personnel, either in person, or, at the mutual convenience of the Advisor and the Subadvisor, by telephone, in order to review the Fund's investment policies of the Portfolios and to consult with the Trustees Directors and the Manager Advisor regarding the Fund's investment affairs of the Portfoliosaffairs, including economic, statistical and investment matters relevant to the Subadviser’s Subadvisor's duties hereunder, and will provide periodic reports to the Manager Advisor relating to the portfolio investment strategies it employs.
