Common use of Availability of Personnel Clause in Contracts

Availability of Personnel. The Consultant shall provide all personnel necessary to complete the Services including, without limitation, any Key Project Personnel identified in this Agreement. The Consultant shall notify the Village as soon as practicable prior to terminating the employment of, reassigning, or receiving notice of the resignation of, any Key Project Personnel. The Consultant shall have no claim for damages and shall not bill the Village for additional time and materials charges as the result of any portion of the Services which must be duplicated or redone due to such termination or for any delay or extension of the Time of Performance as a result of any such termination, reassigning, or resignation.
