Common use of Availability of Resources Clause in Contracts

Availability of Resources. Each party will maintain laboratories, offices and all other facilities at its own expense and risk necessary to carry out its responsibilities under the Collaboration pursuant to the Annual Research Plan. In particular, within ninety (90) days following the Effective Date, SIGNAL will have established, and will thereafter during the Research Term and any Extended Research Term maintain, a non-shared BSL-2 laboratory space for conducting antiviral work. Each party agrees to make its employees and non-employee consultants reasonably available at their respective places of employment to consult with the other party on issues arising during the Collaboration and in connection with any request from any regulatory agency, including, without limitation, regulatory, scientific, technical and clinical testing issues.
