Common use of Available Commitment Clause in Contracts

Available Commitment. in relation to Senior Facility A, Senior Facility B, Senior Facility C or Senior Facility D, means a Lender's Commitment under that Senior Facility minus: (a) the amount of its participation in any outstanding Loans under that Senior Facility; and (b) in relation to any proposed Utilisation, the amount of its participation in any Utilisations that are due to be made under that Senior Facility on or before the proposed Utilisation Date;

Available Commitment. in relation to Senior Facility A, Senior Facility B, Senior Facility C C, Senior Facility D, Senior Facility E or Senior Facility DF, means a Lender's Commitment under that Senior Facility minus: (a) the amount of its participation in any outstanding Loans under that Senior Facility; and (b) in relation to any proposed Utilisation, the amount of its participation in any Utilisations that are due to be made under that Senior Facility on or before the proposed Utilisation Date;.

Available Commitment. in relation to Senior Facility A, Senior Facility B, Senior Facility C C, Senior Facility D or Senior Facility DE, means a Lender's Commitment under that Senior Facility minus: (a) the amount of its participation in any outstanding Loans under that Senior Facility; and (b) in relation to any proposed Utilisation, the amount of its participation in any Utilisations that are due to be made under that Senior Facility on or before the proposed Utilisation Date;

Available Commitment. in relation to Senior Facility A, Senior Facility B, Senior Facility C B or Senior Facility DC, means a Lender's Commitment under that Senior Facility minus: (a) the amount of its participation in the Bank Guarantee issued under that Senior Facility; (b) the amount of its participation in any outstanding Loans under that Senior Facility; and (bc) in relation to any proposed Utilisation, the amount of its participation in any Utilisations that are due to be made under that Senior Facility on or before the proposed Utilisation Date;

Available Commitment. in relation to Senior Facility A, Senior Facility B, Senior Facility C B or Senior Facility DC, means a Lender's Commitment under that Senior Facility minus: (a) the amount of its participation in any Bank Guarantee issued under that Senior Facility; (b) the amount of its participation in any outstanding Loans under that Senior Facility; and (bc) in relation to any proposed Utilisation, the amount of its participation in any Utilisations that are due to be made under that Senior Facility on or before the proposed Utilisation Date;
