Common use of Available Network Elements Clause in Contracts

Available Network Elements. At the request of TCG, BA shall provide TCG access to the following unbundled Network Elements in accordance with the requirements of the FCC Regulations: 11.1.1 Local Loops, as set forth in subsection 11.2; 11.1.2 The Network Interface Device, as set forth in subsection 11.3; 11.1.3 Switching Capability, as set forth in subsection 11.4; 11.1.4 Interoffice Transmission Facilities, as set forth in subsection 11.5; 11.1.5 Signaling Links and Call-Related Databases, as set forth in Section 17; 11.1.6 Operations Support Systems, as set forth in subsection 11.6; and 11.1.7 Operator Services and Directory Assistance, as set forth in subsection 19.4.
