Available Principal Amounts Clause Samples
The 'Available Principal Amounts' clause defines the total sum of principal funds that are currently accessible for use or disbursement under an agreement. In practice, this clause specifies how much of the principal remains unallocated or undrawn, often updating as funds are advanced, repaid, or otherwise adjusted. By clearly stating the available principal, the clause ensures all parties are aware of the current borrowing or investment capacity, thereby preventing overextension and maintaining financial clarity.
