Award to the Class. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall issue one (1) Voucher worth thirty dollars ($30.00) that may be used towards the purchase of any item on ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ or at any Ashley corporate owned store, to each Class Member who timely submits a valid Claim.

Award to the Class. Each Settlement Class Member who does not timely opt out consistent with the terms of Section 3.9 herein, shall automatically receive one

Award to the Class. To each Authorized Claimant, Lamps Plus shall issue either (a) one Voucher with a value of $20 that may be used for the purchase of any item at a Lamps Plus retail location or through Lamps Plus’s website; or

Award to the Class. Each Settlement Class Member who or which does not timely and properly opt out consistent with the terms of Section 4, shall automatically receive at least 375 Virtual Diamonds to be distributed to a player identification number for that Person in one of the Applications or split in some manner between the Applications, in Defendant’s sole discretion. For the avoidance of doubt, each Settlement Class Member who or which does not timely and properly opt out, will receive at least a total of 375 Virtual Diamonds counting all Virtual Diamonds distributed to that Settlement Class Member in either of the Applications. However, the Parties recognize that the same Person in the Settlement Class may have more than one player identification number in the Applications. The Parties agree that, at its sole option and expense, Defendant may elect to engage in a process, using the information to be subpoenaed under Section 4 of this Agreement, to identify where the same Person in the Settlement Class has more than one player identification number in the Applications. Defendant may then at its sole option allocate Virtual Diamonds only once to that Person, regardless of the number of player identification numbers that Person may have in the Applications, or at its sole option may limit the number of player identification numbers for that Person to which Virtual Diamonds are distributed. Defendant shall have no obligation to engage in this deduplication process. However, if Defendant selects this deduplication option, the Parties will agree on a reasonable deduplication process and submit any disputes about the process to final, binding and non-appealable resolution by the Settlement Administrator. If Defendant does not elect to engage in this process, Defendant will distribute 375 Virtual Diamonds for each player identification number other than those identified with a Settlement Class Member who has timely and properly opted out, even if that means that any particular such Settlement Class Member may receive more than one distribution of 375 Virtual Diamonds. Defendant agrees however that if the aggregate Virtual Diamonds to be distributed under this Section to Settlement Members is less than Four Hundred Twelve Million Five Hundred Thousand (412,500,000.00) Virtual Diamonds, Defendant will increase the number of Virtual Diamonds distributed to each player identification number so that it distributes at least that number of Virtual Diamonds to Settlement Class Members i...

Award to the Class. To each Authorized Claimant, New York & Company shall issue one Voucher. The Authorized Claimant will be able to elect at the time of purchase whether to redeem the voucher for (i) $7.50 off a purchase (no minimum purchase) or (ii) 25% off a purchase of up to $100 ($25 maximum discount). The Authorized Claimant will have the ability to claim a second Voucher by submitting proof that the Authorized Claimant has made Qualifying Purchases totaling more than $50.00. Acceptable proof of Qualifying Purchases include [i] receipt(s) clearly showing the date of purchase(s) and the total of the purchase(s), or [ii] transaction date from a credit or debit card statement clearly showing the date of purchase(s) and the total of the purchase(s). Copies of such documents must be attached to the Claim Form whether submitted electronically or by postal mail.

Award to the Class. Shutterfly shall issue: (a) To each Claim-in-Class Member, one (1) Voucher; and (b) To each Direct Benefit Class Member one (1) Direct Benefit Voucher.

Award to the Class. American Freight shall issue: (a) to each Claim-in-Class Member, one (1) Voucher; and (b) to each Direct Benefit Class Member, one (1) Direct Benefit Voucher.

Award to the Class. If the Court approves the Settlement and enters the Final Order, ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall issue to each Authorized Claimant: (a) One (1) Merchandise Certificate to be applied towards the purchase of any single item at a Factory Store located in the State of California (and at no other store, online site, or any location anywhere).
