Common use of Back-up Copies Clause in Contracts

Back-up Copies. You can make one (1) copy the Product for backup and archival purposes, provided, however, that the original and each copy is kept in your possession or control, and that your installation and use of the Product does not exceed the amount allowed in this Section 2.
