In accordance with section 112.011, F.S., Contractor or Contractor’s employees, agents, or subcontractors who have been convicted of Disqualifying Offenses, shall not be assigned to this Contract. Disqualifying Offenses include, but are not limited to, theft, fraud, forgery, embezzlement, crimes of violence or any similar felony or first‐degree misdemeanor offenses directly related to the position sought. Screening results indicating convictions of Disqualifying Offenses will result in a contractor, contractor employee, agent, or subcontractor not being allowed to work on this Contract. All costs incurred in obtaining background screening shall be the responsibility of the Contractor. The results of the screenings are confidential and will be provided by secure email transmission from FDLE to DEO and will be maintained by DEO. ▇▇▇’s Contract Manager will provide written approval/disapproval of the Contractor’s employees, agent, or subcontractor to the Contractor.
