Common use of Backlog Clause in Contracts

Backlog. As of the date hereof, the Company has a backlog of firm orders for the sale or lease of products or services, for which revenues have not been recognized by the Company, as set forth in Schedule 2.27.

Backlog. As of the date hereof, the Company has a backlog of firm orders for the sale or lease license of products or services, for which revenues have not been recognized by the Company, as set forth in Schedule 2.27SCHEDULE 2.29, which orders may be subject to cancellation.
