Band Council Resolution. Prior to the execution of this Agreement, the Tsq’escen’ First Nation/CLB will deliver to the Province a resolution made by its elected Council approving and authorizing the Tsq’escen’ First Nation/CLB’s representatives named in the resolution to execute on behalf of the Tsq’escen’ First Nation/CLB the Asset Purchase Agreement, the Lease Agreement for the Bridge Creek Ranch, and this Agreement.
