Banding Clause Samples

The Banding clause establishes a system for categorizing or grouping certain items, values, or metrics into defined ranges or 'bands.' In practice, this might involve setting different pricing tiers based on usage levels, sales volumes, or performance metrics, where each band corresponds to a specific rate or set of terms. The core function of this clause is to provide a structured and predictable framework for applying variable terms, ensuring fairness and clarity in how different levels of activity or value are treated within the agreement.
