Banking Information. Schedule 3.1.28 of the Silvermex Disclosure Letter sets forth and describes: (a) the name and location (including municipal address) of each bank, trust company or other institution in which Silvermex or any Silvermex Subsidiary has an account, money on deposit or a safety deposit box and the name of each Person authorized to draw thereon or to have access thereto; and (b) the name of each Person holding a general or special power of attorney from Silvermex or the applicable Silvermex Subsidiary and a summary of the terms thereof.
