Supporting Information. Any billing submitted by Consultant shall contain sufficient information as to the propriety of the billing, including properly executed payrolls, time records, invoices, contracts, or vouchers describing in detail the nature of the charges to the Project in order to permit the City to evaluate that the amount due and payable is proper, and such billing shall specifically contain the City's account number indicated on Exhibit A, Paragraph 17(C) to be charged upon making such payment.
