Common use of BAR SERVICE Clause in Contracts

BAR SERVICE. The contractor shall provide the following bar services: (a) follow measures to ensure that only persons of legal drinking age are served alcoholic beverages; and (b) exercise discretion in serving alcoholic beverages to Kappa members and guests and refuse to serve alcoholic beverages to any Kappa member or guest if the contractor believes that such Kappa member or guest is acting in a manner that could be detrimental to either the member, guest, Kappa or other persons. Cash bar service only. There may be no minimum spend requirement for cash bar sales. No ticketing. Cease serving alcoholic beverages one hour prior to the scheduled end of the function.
