BARGAINING AGENCY Section 1: Recognition. (a) The Company recognizes the Union as the sole collective bargaining agency of the employees of the Company at and from ▇▇▇▇ - ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇.▇. except office and sales staff. (b) It is agreed that if a dispute arises as to whether or not a person is an employee within the bargaining unit, it shall be subject to grievance procedure as provided in Article XIX, Section 1, Step 3, and in the event of failure to reach a satisfactory settlement it shall be dealt with by arbitration as set forth in Article XXI. (c) The Union agrees to issue a withdrawal card to employees transferred from the bargaining unit to a job outside the bargaining unit providing that no dispute arises within the meaning of Clause (b) herein.
