Common use of Bargaining Agent Recognition Clause in Contracts

Bargaining Agent Recognition. The Employer recognizes the Union as the exclusive Bargaining Agent of the employees in the Office & Clerical Bargaining Unit; as follows: All regular and temporary full-time and part-time and casual employees of South Shore District Health Authority but excluding employees in other bargaining units and those persons described in paragraphs (a) and (b) of subsection 2 of the Trade Union Act.

The Employer recognizes the Union as the exclusive Bargaining Agent of the employees in the Office & Clerical Bargaining Unit; bargaining unit, as follows: All full time, regular and temporary full-time and part-time part time, and casual health care employees of South Shore District Health Authority the Employer, but excluding employees in other bargaining units and those persons described in paragraphs (a) and (b) of subsection 2 of Section 2 of the Trade Union ActAct and those persons listed in Appendix A to the Certification Order of the Labour Relations Board, being LRB # 4405.
