Bargaining Agents. ‌ (a) The employer being the Simcoe County District School Board (hereinafter referred to as “the board”) recognizes the Elementary Teachers’ Federation of Ontario (hereinafter referred to as “the Union”) as the bargaining agent for all Teachers employed by the board in its elementary panel save and except Occasional Teachers, Principals and Vice-principals.
