Bargaining Unit Changes. 1. Either party may propose changes in the recognized bargaining unit at any time. 2. Each party has a duty to inform the other party promptly of decisions which affect the status or existence of the bargaining unit. 3. The term decisions, as used above, excludes the movement of individual employees into or out of the bargaining unit, unless such movement is integral to a larger change in the bargaining unit.
