Bargaining Unit Employees. Bargaining Unit Employees will be represented by Bargaining Unit committee composed as follows: (1) member from District Court. Bargaining Committee members shall be paid for time lost from work for attendance at collective bargaining sessions up to a maximum of forty (40) hours pay per Court.
