Distribution of Contract. The Association shall be responsible for distribution of the contract to all bargaining unit members.

Distribution of Contract. B. Five (5) copies of the contract will be printed with one copy sent to each of the following within the timeframe as set forth in 4.9.A.

Within forty-five (45) days after the execution of this Agreement, the District shall print or duplicate and provide, without charge, sixteen (16) copies of this Agreement, one for each CSEA E-Board and negotiating team member, and one copy to each work location or school site and post this Agreement on the District’s website.
Distribution of Contract. The cost of printing this contract shall be the responsibility of the Board. The Board shall be responsible for typing, preparing the contract for printing, and posting a copy on the school district web site. The contract will be printed in sufficient quantity to provide a copy for each building administrator, a copy for each site to be placed in the teacher’s lounge, and up to fifty (50) additional copies for the Association upon request. Within thirty (30) days from the date of ratification, the Association shall provide the Board a list of additional copies that have been requested by their membership. A copy shall be posted on the school district web site within thirty (30) days from the date of ratification.
Distribution of Contract. 3.9.1 Within sixty (60) days after the execution of this Contract, the District shall print or duplicate without charge a copy of this contract for every employee in the Bargaining Unit.
3.9.2 The District shall provide CSEA with sufficient copies of this Agreement for any Bargaining Unit employees hired during the life of this Agreement.
3.9.3 Within sixty (60) days the District shall print for each employee, without charge, a copy of any written changes agreed to by the parties to this Agreement during the life of this Agreement.
3.9.4 CSEA will distribute contracts, agreements and changes.
