The "Every Employee" clause establishes that the terms or obligations outlined in the agreement apply to all individuals employed by the company. In practice, this means that regardless of job title, department, or employment status (such as full-time, part-time, or temporary), every person on the payroll is subject to the same rules or requirements specified in the clause. This ensures uniformity and prevents ambiguity about who is covered, thereby promoting fairness and consistency in the application of company policies or contractual obligations.
Every Employee. Consultant or Worker who requires permission to work in the UK has current and appropriate permission to work in the UK.
Every Employee has a right to a work environment free from harassment. The Employer shall take reasonable action to prevent harassment and, when made aware of such behaviour, take appropriate action to end it.

It is agreed that, except where otherwise provided in this Collective Agreement, Employees in the bargaining unit will not engage in union activities while on duty, and that, the Union will not engage in union activities during working hours or hold meetings on the premises of the Employer without the consent in writing of the Employer
Every Employee. (a) Who,
(i) In the case of a female employee, becomes the natural mother of a child,
(ii) In the case of a male employee, becomes the natural father of a child or assumes actual care and custody of his newborn child, or,
(iii) Adopts a child under the law of a province; and
(b) Who has been employed for at least seven (7) consecutive months with the Employer; and
(c) Submits to the Employer an application in writing for parental leave at least four (4) weeks before the day specified in the application as the day on which the employee intends to commence the leave; is entitled to and shall be granted, Parental Leave consisting of a continuous period of up to sixty-three (63) weeks as per Employment Standards Act.
