Two Weeks Clause Samples

The "Two Weeks" clause establishes a specific time frame of fourteen days for the performance of a particular action or fulfillment of an obligation under the contract. In practice, this could refer to the period within which a party must provide notice, deliver goods, or complete a required task after a triggering event. By clearly defining this duration, the clause ensures both parties have a mutual understanding of deadlines, reducing ambiguity and helping to prevent disputes related to timing.
