Common use of Bargaining Unit Employees Clause in Contracts

Bargaining Unit Employees. The Employer has the right to assign Employees to perform whatever work the Employer deems appropriate in connection with any print, web, video, podcast, multimedia or other projects, programs, partnerships or activities in which the Employer directly or indirectly participates, presently or in the future. Work assignments to Employees may include new work or work previously assigned to the Employer staff not covered by this Agreement (including but not limited to managers or supervisors).
