Common use of Bargaining Unit Clause in Contracts

Bargaining Unit. The Employer recognizes Canadian Office & Professional Employees Union and its Local 343 as the sole and exclusive collective Bargaining Agent for all its Employees save and except supervisors, persons above the rank of supervisors, three confidential employees and students employed during the school vacation period and hereby agrees to negotiate with the Union or any of its authorized committees concerning all matters affecting the relationship between the parties, aiming towards a peaceful and amicable settlement of any differences that may arise between them.

Bargaining Unit. The Employer recognizes the Canadian Office & Professional Union of Public Employees Union and its Local 343 2167 as the sole and exclusive collective Bargaining Agent bargaining agent for all of its Employees save and except supervisors, persons above as certified by the rank of supervisors, three confidential employees and students employed during the school vacation period Labour Relations Board and hereby agrees to negotiate with the Union Union, or any of its authorized committees committees, concerning all matters affecting the relationship between the parties, parties aiming towards a peaceful and amicable settlement of any differences that may arise between them.

Bargaining Unit. The Employer recognizes the Canadian Office & Professional Union of Public Employees Union and its Local 343 4148 as the sole and exclusive collective Bargaining Agent bargaining agent for all its Employees employees as outlined in Article 2.01 save and except supervisors, persons above the rank of supervisorssupervisor and persons covered by any other bargaining unit, three confidential employees and students employed during the school vacation period and hereby agrees to negotiate with the Union Union, or any of its authorized committees committees, concerning all matters affecting the relationship between the parties, aiming towards a peaceful and amicable settlement of any differences difference that may arise between them.
