SINGLE BARGAINING UNIT Clause Samples

The Single Bargaining Unit clause establishes that all employees covered by the agreement are represented collectively as one group for the purposes of labor negotiations. In practice, this means that regardless of job classification, department, or location, all included employees are treated as a single entity when bargaining with the employer. This approach streamlines negotiations, prevents fragmentation among employee groups, and ensures consistent terms and conditions across the workforce, thereby promoting efficiency and unity in labor relations.
