Common use of Base Building Work Clause in Contracts

Base Building Work. All work performed during the Building’s initial course of construction and modifications thereto, excluding all original and modified build-outs of any tenant spaces, shall be referred to as the “Base Building Work” or ““Base Building”, as applicable. Neither Landlord nor Landlord’s representatives have made any representations or promises with respect to the Premises or the Base Building Work except as herein expressly set forth.
