Base Remuneration Clause Samples
The Base Remuneration clause defines the fixed amount of compensation an employee or contractor will receive for their services, typically stated as an annual salary or hourly wage. This clause outlines the payment structure, frequency, and any conditions tied to the base pay, ensuring both parties understand the standard earnings before bonuses or additional incentives. Its core function is to establish clear expectations regarding regular compensation, thereby preventing misunderstandings or disputes over pay.
