Base Value Clause Samples

Base Value. The Base Value of each SAR is [BASE VALUE], which is equal to the Fair Market Value of a share of the Company’s Common Stock on the Grant Date.
Base Value. The SARs shall have the following Base Values: Part A SARs at $5.75 per SAR and Part B SARs at $8.00 per SAR.
