Base Wages Sample Clauses

The Base Wages clause defines the standard rate of pay that an employee will receive for their regular work hours. It typically specifies the amount to be paid, the frequency of payment (such as weekly or monthly), and may clarify whether the wage is calculated on an hourly, daily, or salaried basis. This clause ensures both parties have a clear understanding of the employee’s guaranteed earnings, thereby preventing disputes over compensation and establishing a foundation for payroll and benefits calculations.
