Baseline Report Sample Clauses

This report is usually prepared by one party and may include photographs, measurements, or other documentation to capture the initial state. Additional effort for this task is planned in 2021 for Tempe feedback and report finalization. Carollo will prepare a Baseline report that documents the current state of the water treatment plants, including process performance, technology status, equipment condition and performance, and current operations. These baseline results will be compared against the City’s Key Performance Indicator (KPI) metrics, where applicable, to showcase the aspects of the two plants and how they compare to their desired state. A draft Baseline report will be submitted to the City for review. Feedback on the draft report will be used to prepare a final report that will be included in the final project report.
