Common use of Basic 911 and E911 Clause in Contracts

Basic 911 and E911. 12.1 All of the negotiated terms and conditions set forth in this Section pertain to the provision of Basic 911 and E911. 12.2 If Xspedius orders network elements and other services, then Xspedius is also responsible for providing E911 to its end users. BellSouth agrees to offer access to the 911/E911 network pursuant to the following terms and conditions set forth in this Attachment.
