Basic 911 and E911. 12.1 All of the negotiated terms and conditions set forth in this Section pertain to the provision of Basic 911 and E911. 12.2 If IDS Long Distance orders network elements and other services, then IDS Long Distance is also responsible for providing E911 to its end users.
