This is the total of the fee from the Original Agreement of One Hundred Forty Five Thousand Six Hundred Fifteen and no/100 Dollars ($145,615.00) plus Three Hundred Sixty Nine Thousand Three Hundred Fifteen and no/100 Dollars ($369,315.00) for Supplemental Agreement No. 1 plus Fifty Thousand Six Hundred Sixty and no/100 Dollars ($50,660.00) for Supplemental Agreement No. 2.

This is the total of the original fee of Forty Nine Thousand Three Hundred Dollars ($49,300) plus One Million Seven Hundred Twenty Five Thousand Dollars ($1,725,000) for Supplemental Agreement No. 1. Engineering and landscaping design was completed to rebid the project with an asphalt alternate and landscape plan modifications. 46 of 75 plan sheets required design modifications. Additionally, quantity calculations were completed to revise the engineer’s construction cost estimate. Plans were distributed to Kansas Department of Transportation (KDOT) for authorization to bid. Bid documents were revised for the new letting.

Code ▇▇▇., Chapter 1001 and/or a firm employed by Owner or a design-build contractor to provide professional architectural or engineering services and to exercise overall responsibility for the design of a Project or a significant portion thereof, and to perform the contract administration responsibilities set forth in the Contract.
