Basic Salary. a. The basic salary schedule shall be that set out in Appendix "A" which is attached to and forms part of this Agreement. b. The salary of the part-time teacher will be adjusted on a pro-rata basis to reflect the percentage difference between the part-time teacher's actual instructional time and that of the typical full time teacher in the same school. c. The daily rate of pay for temporary and continuing teachers shall be 1/195 times the gross annual salary of the teacher.
