BASIC SERVICE PROJECT STUDIES Sample Clauses

The "Basic Service Project Studies" clause defines the scope and requirements for preliminary studies or analyses that are essential to the planning and design phases of a project. Typically, this clause outlines the types of studies to be conducted—such as site surveys, feasibility analyses, or environmental assessments—and specifies the standards or methodologies to be followed. By clearly delineating these foundational tasks, the clause ensures that all necessary information is gathered early, reducing the risk of unforeseen issues and supporting informed decision-making throughout the project.
