BASIS FOR APPROVAL. Contractor Qualification, 3.1. Based on the Building 886 Basis for Interim Operation (BIO) Review Report approved October 10, 1995, and Addendum A approved April 9, 1997, the Department of Energy, Rocky Flats Field Office concludes that the Building 886 BIO adequately documents the operating safety basis and contains a control set, that when implemented, provides reasonable assurance that the work activities described in the Building 886 BIO can be conducted by the contractor without endangering the environment or the health and safety of the workers or public.
