BASIS FOR APPROVAL. Contractor Qualification 3.1. Based on the Building 664 Final Safety Analysis Report (FSAR) Safety Evaluation Report approved on August 3,1995, the DOE, RFFO concludes that the Building 664 FSAR adequately documents the operating safety basis and contains a control set, that when implemented, provides reasonable assurance that the work activities described in the Building 664 FSAR can be conducted by the Contractor without endangering the environment or the health and safety of the workers or public.
