Batch Release for Shipment Sample Clauses

The Batch Release for Shipment clause defines the conditions under which goods are approved and authorized for shipment in batches rather than as a single delivery. Typically, this clause outlines the process for inspecting and certifying each batch before it is released, ensuring that only conforming products are shipped to the buyer. By allowing for partial deliveries as batches are completed and approved, this clause facilitates smoother logistics, reduces storage needs, and helps both parties manage inventory and cash flow more efficiently.
