Product Warnings. BASE4 shall affix a warning to the Product label or otherwise directly on each Product, that is not a Reformulated Product, provided for sale in retail outlets in California or sold via mail order catalog and/or the internet to customers located in California. For the purpose of this agreement, “Product label” means a display of written, printed or graphic material that is printed on or affixed to a Product or its immediate container or wrapper.
