Product Warnings Sample Clauses

The Product Warnings clause requires the seller or manufacturer to inform users about potential risks, hazards, or proper usage associated with a product. This typically involves providing clear labels, instructions, or documentation that highlight dangers such as choking hazards, electrical risks, or allergen information. By mandating these warnings, the clause helps protect consumers from harm and limits the seller’s liability by ensuring users are adequately informed about safe product use.
