Batch Sizes Clause Samples

Batch Sizes. All quantities of Products ordered by King shall be consistent with VSI’s current minimum batch sizes for the applicable Products as set forth in Exhibit C, or multiples thereof. VSI shall give King not less than six (6) months notice prior to changing its minimum batch sizes.

Batch Sizes. Once the validation batch inventories have been depleted, Forecasts and purchase orders shall be in minimum batch sizes as set forth in Schedule B. Since Cipher may supply the Product in multiple dosage strengths, the composite of each forecasted dosage strength must equate to the minimum batch sizes and a multiple of the minimum package size as set forth in Schedule B.

Batch Sizes. Integra agrees to order the Products in whole multiples of the batch sizes set forth on Exhibit D (although Integra acknowledges and agrees that the actual quantity of the Products delivered may be adjusted as set forth in Section 5.5 or as otherwise expressly provided in this Agreement).

Batch Sizes. Once the validation batch inventories have been depleted, Forecasts and purchase orders shall be in minimum batch sizes which are commercially reasonably under the specific circumstances of this Agreement as determined by the parties jointly in good faith.

Batch Sizes. SeaSpine agrees to order the Products in whole multiples of the batch sizes set forth in Exhibit D (although SeaSpine acknowledges and agrees that the actual quantity of the Products delivered may be adjusted as set forth in Section 5.5 or as otherwise expressly provided in this Agreement).

Batch Sizes. Batch sizes shall be determined by Talecris GmbH based on process validation. Talecris Inc. shall ensure that it manufacturers only validated batch sizes.

Batch Sizes. SeaSpine agrees to order the Microfib Products in whole multiples of the batch sizes set forth on Exhibit D (although SeaSpine acknowledges and agrees that the actual quantity of the Microfib Products delivered may be adjusted as set forth in Section 5.5 or as otherwise expressly provided in this Agreement).

Batch Sizes. All quantities of Product ordered by Chiesi shall be consistent with uniQure’s current minimum batch sizes for the applicable Product (the “Minimum Order Quantity”), or multiples thereof, as set forth in Schedule 2.4(d). Notwithstanding the foregoing, uniQure agrees to support and cooperate with Chiesi to accept, fulfill and deliver order quantities at amounts less than the Minimum Order Quantity, in the event that Chiesi’s good faith internal evaluations or the requirements of customers for the Product support or require smaller quantity Firm Orders.

Batch Sizes. All Supplied Products ordered by the Recipient pursuant to a Purchase Order shall reflect the number of full bulk batches (not packaged) of such Supplied Products being ordered. For the avoidance of doubt, the Supplier will not accept any partial bulk batch orders and if any Purchase Orders include a partial bulk batch order, then the Supplier shall have no obligation to fill such partial bulk batch portion of the Purchase Order.
