Battery Replacement. If Amazon requests a replacement of any Battery for any reason(s) other than those covered by the Rivian Warranty, Rivian will sell to Amazon such replacement Battery. The price of such replacement Batteries, which will be computed on an open-book, cost-plus margin basis, will be agreed between the Parties, and set out in applicable Orders for such replacement Batteries.
