Common use of BCR Entities’ Knowledge Clause in Contracts

BCR Entities’ Knowledge. As used in this Agreement, the words “to the knowledge of the BCR Entities” and other words of similar tenor mean the actual knowledge of the designees of the BCR Entities listed on Schedule 7.2(t), without any further duty of inquiry.
