Common use of Bearer Definitive Clause in Contracts

Bearer Definitive. Covered Bonds, the principal amount of which is repayable by instalments (“Instalment Covered Bonds”) in such amounts as may be specified in, or determined in accordance with, the provisions of the Final Terms (each an “Instalment Amount”), have endorsed thereon a grid for recording the repayment of Instalment Amounts or, if so specified in the Final Terms, have attached thereto, at the time of their initial delivery, payment receipts (“Receipts”) in respect of the Instalment Amounts repaid.

Bearer Definitive. Covered Bonds, the principal amount of which is repayable by instalments (“Instalment Covered Bonds”) in such amounts as may be specified in, or determined in accordance with, the provisions of the Final Terms or Pricing Supplement (each an “Instalment Amount”), have endorsed thereon a grid for recording the repayment of Instalment Amounts or, if so specified in the Final TermsTerms or Pricing Supplement, have attached thereto, at the time of their initial delivery, payment receipts (“Receipts”) in respect of the Instalment Amounts repaid.

Bearer Definitive. Covered Bonds, the principal amount of which is repayable by instalments partial payments as specified in the applicable Final Terms (each, an “Instalment Amount”) and which, when aggregated represent payment of an amount equal to the principal amount of such Covered Bonds (“Instalment Covered Bonds”) in such amounts as may be specified in, or determined in accordance with, the provisions of the Final Terms (each an “Instalment Amount”), have endorsed thereon a grid for recording the repayment of Instalment Amounts or, if so specified in the Final Terms, have attached thereto, at the time of their initial delivery, payment receipts (“Receipts”) in respect of the Instalment Amounts repaid.
