Beginning of Service. The beginning of service for an Adult Education class is defined as the enrollment of: 1) at least twenty (20) students for academic/vocational classes; or, 2) at least ten (10) students in classes for concurrently enrolled. Where requirements are prescribed by law, those requirements will prevail.   • Bridging of Service If a regular employee resigns after the signing of this Agreement as a result of a decision to care for a dependent child or dependent children, spousal illness or disability, or an aging parent and is re- employed, upon application she shall be credited with length of service accumulated at time of termination for the purpose of benefits based on service seniority. The following conditions shall apply: (a) the employee must have been a regular employee with at least three (3) years of service seniority at time of termination; (b) the resignation must indicate the reason for termination; (c) the break in service shall be for no longer than six (6) years; (d) the previous length of service shall not be reinstated until successful completion of the probation period on re-employment.

  • PERIOD OF SERVICE The Grant Services will commence on the Start Date and shall expire on the End Date as set forth in the SUMMARY PAGE.

  • Term of Service Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, Atlas shall serve as the Managing General Partner of the Partnership until either it:

  • Time of Service Customer must make an appointment with Exasol to schedule Consulting Services. The appointment must be made at least four weeks before the planned service actions. Any changes to the appointment must also be communicated before the previously agreed-upon appointment.
