An alternative evaluation process may be substituted for the Teacher/Staff Member Evaluation (Schedule E) when mutually agreed upon between the appraiser and any non-probationary staff member. A positive approach to evaluations enhances the improvement of instruction. Constructive criticism is offered with the best interests and professional growth of the staff member in mind. This Schedule E evaluation document shall be considered the official instrument used to evaluate teacher/staff performance.

Scheduled Days. OFF - SHIFT WORKERS ---------------------------------- a) The work schedules will be posted in the departments no later than 1:30 p.m. on the Thursday preceding the work week and will show the employee's scheduled day or days off. b) An employee may change his scheduled day or days off with the consent of his supervisor provided such an arrangement is made at least twenty-four (24) hours before such change. c) In the case of emergency or by mutual consent an employee's scheduled day or days off may be changed by the employee's supervisor on not less than twenty-four

Scheduled Days. The Corporation shall grant a regular full-time employee up to eight (8) scheduled days off with pay based on the employee's work attendance. Related to Scheduled Days

  • Scheduled Days Off Except in cases of emergency, no employee will be required to return to his/her place of employment on his/her scheduled day off.

  • Scheduled Valid Day A day that is scheduled to be a Valid Day on the principal United States national or regional securities exchange or market on which the Shares are listed or admitted for trading. If the Shares are not so listed or admitted for trading, “Scheduled Valid Day” means a Business Day.

  • Scheduled Downtime For the purposes of this Agreement, Scheduled Downtime will mean those hours, as determined by us but which will not occur between the hours of 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday without your authorization or unless exigent circumstances exist, during which time we will perform scheduled maintenance or adjustments to the Environment. We will use our best efforts to provide you with at least twenty-four (24) hours of notice prior to scheduling Scheduled Downtime.

  • ELECTION DAYS No wages shall be deducted for time lost on election days. The regular work schedule will prevail for Federal and Provincial elections.

  • Holiday Falling on a Scheduled Workday An Employee who works on a designated holiday which is a scheduled workday shall be compensated at the rate of double time for hours worked, plus a day off in lieu of the holiday; except for Christmas and New Year's when the compensation shall be at the rate of double time and one-half (2½) for hours worked, plus a day off subject to this Agreement.
