Scheduled Days Off Sample Clauses

The Scheduled Days Off clause defines the specific days when an employee is not required to work, typically as part of their regular work schedule. This clause outlines which days are considered regular days off, such as weekends or predetermined weekdays, and may specify how these days are determined or adjusted in advance. Its core practical function is to provide clarity and predictability for both the employer and employee regarding time off, helping to prevent misunderstandings and ensuring proper planning for work coverage and personal time.
