Scheduled Days Off. Each nurse shall be entitled to two (2) full days off within a seven (7) day period or four (4) full days off in a fourteen (14) day period. Nurses shall not be expected to be on standby or to be called back on these days off except in an emergency. Full-time nurses called in on their scheduled days off shall be paid one and one-half (1 1/2) times their regular rate of pay.
