Behavior Sample Clauses
The "Behavior" clause sets expectations for the conduct of parties involved in an agreement. It typically outlines standards such as acting in good faith, maintaining professionalism, or adhering to ethical guidelines during the course of the relationship. For example, it may require parties to avoid disruptive actions or to cooperate reasonably with each other. This clause helps ensure a positive and productive working environment by clarifying acceptable behavior and reducing the risk of disputes arising from misunderstandings or misconduct.
